Aishwarya Visits Naniji inspite of being ill

The ever glowing Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai is so much attched to her family relationships, that even though she was not well, she travelled to Bhopal to celebrate her hubby Abhishek’s grandmother’s (nani) 80th birthday party.

Long time ago the couple had a made a commitment to Abhishek’s nani (maternal grandmother) to visit to Bhopal for her birthday, this was according to a source close to Aishwarya.

Inspite of having high fever and sore throat from a few days she didn’t let her promise down and she was there to fulfil her promise.

Abhishek posted on his social networking site Twitter that “Aishwarya is much much better, but still not 100 percent (fine). But she’s my nani’s favourite so she made the trip too. Should be back to fighting fit… in a day or two,” .

The actor says his grandmother’s expression on seeing both of them was “priceless”.
